I was just trying to take measurements of my daughter using ur guidelines...her chest measured 30inches. You have mentioned the neck width and neck depth is 1/12th + quarter and half inches respectively of chest measurement, which is only 2.5 inches + ...hows that correct? Please advise...Thanks, Savitha Ajith

In olden days we used to stitch garments with close neck. This measurements gives you close neck garment.I have also written or to taste. Take actual measurement from a blouse and minus 1/2".and prepare draft. If the neck is small you can make it big. but if it is big....... .?
